Privacyverklaring ticketshop (platform) – NUX

Deze ticketshop wordt technisch beheerd door Next User Experience (NUX), handelsnaam van EventGoose NL B.V., Hutteweg 24, 7071 BV Ulft, KvK 83550623. NUX levert deze shop als white-label ticketingplatform aan de organisator van het evenement waarvoor je een ticket koopt. In deze verklaring leggen we uit wie waarvoor verantwoordelijk is en wat NUX zelf met je gegevens doet.

Wie is verantwoordelijk voor je gegevens?

De organisator (de partij die het evenement organiseert, zoals genoemd in deze shop) is verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de gegevens die je invult bij je bestelling: je naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, betaal- en bestelgegevens en eventuele supportvragen. De organisator bepaalt waarvoor deze gegevens worden gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld om je tickets te leveren, je toegang te verlenen en je te informeren over het evenement. Hoe de organisator met je gegevens omgaat, lees je in het privacybeleid van de organisator, dat je onderaan deze pagina vindt.

NUX is verwerker: wij verwerken die bestelgegevens uitsluitend in opdracht van de organisator, op basis van een verwerkersovereenkomst. Voor een beperkt aantal zaken, hieronder beschreven, is NUX zelf verantwoordelijk.

Als beheerder van het platform verwerkt NUX voor eigen doeleinden:

NUX maakt gebruik van Vivenu GmbH (Duitsland) als leverancier van het ticketingsysteem. Vivenu maakt op haar beurt gebruik van dienstverleners voor hosting, e-mailverzending en content delivery, waaronder Mailgun, Cloudflare, MapBox en Google. Betalingen worden afgehandeld door Adyen N.V. (Amsterdam) of Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin), afhankelijk van de organisator. Kaartgegevens voer je rechtstreeks in bij de betaaldienstverlener; NUX slaat geen volledige kaartgegevens op en heeft daar geen toegang toe.

Gegevens worden in beginsel binnen de EU/EER verwerkt. Als verwerking buiten de EU/EER noodzakelijk is, zorgen wij voor passende waarborgen conform de AVG, zoals de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie, aangevuld met het EU-US Data Privacy Framework waar de betreffende partij daaronder gecertificeerd is.

Technische logbestanden van het platform: 12 maanden, tenzij langer nodig voor een lopend beveiligingsonderzoek.

Bestel- en ticketgegevens: zo lang de organisator dat bepaalt en de wet dat vereist (bijvoorbeeld de fiscale bewaarplicht van 7 jaar voor betaalgegevens). Hiervoor geldt het privacybeleid van de organisator.

Bij einde van de samenwerking met een organisator verwijderen of retourneren wij de gegevens van die organisator, tenzij een wettelijke bewaarplicht dat verhindert.

Je hebt recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar en dataportabiliteit.

Gaat het om je bestelling of tickets? Neem dan contact op met de organisator; die is daarvoor verantwoordelijk. NUX ondersteunt de organisator bij het afhandelen van je verzoek.

Gaat het om cookies, logbestanden of contact met NUX? Mail dan naar privacy@thisisnux.com.

Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

NUX en haar leveranciers nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen, waaronder versleutelde verbindingen (TLS), toegangsbeheer en logging. NUX heeft geen functionaris gegevensbescherming aangesteld; privacyvragen worden behandeld door de directie. This ticket shop is operated by Next User Experience (NUX), a trade name of EventGoose NL B.V., Hutteweg 24, 7071 BV Ulft, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 83550623. NUX provides this shop as a white-label ticketing platform to the organiser of the event you are buying a ticket for. This statement explains who is responsible for what, and what NUX itself does with your data.

The organiser (the party organising the event, as named in this shop) is the data controller for the data you enter when placing an order: your name, e-mail address, phone number, payment and order details and any support requests. The organiser decides what this data is used for, for example to deliver your tickets, grant you access and inform you about the event. How the organiser handles your data is described in the organiser's privacy policy, which you can find at the bottom of this page.

NUX is the data processor: we process that order data solely on behalf of the organiser, under a data processing agreement. For a limited number of matters, described below, NUX is the controller itself.

As operator of the platform, NUX processes the following for its own purposes:

Performance cookies (statistics) and marketing cookies, only after your consent via the cookie banner. Performance cookies help us measure how the shop is used and where visitors get stuck; marketing cookies allow the reach of campaigns for the event to be measured. The providers involved and the cookie lifetimes are listed in the cookie settings at the bottom of this page, where you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. If an organiser additionally enables its own integrations, for example for newsletters, SMS communication or advertising measurement on its own accounts, the organiser is responsible for those.

Technical log files, such as IP address, browser type, timestamp and requested pages. We use these for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse and fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest (a secure and functioning platform).

NUX uses Vivenu GmbH (Germany) as the supplier of the ticketing system. Vivenu in turn uses service providers for hosting, e-mail delivery and content delivery, including Mailgun, Cloudflare, MapBox and Google. Payments are handled by Adyen N.V. (Amsterdam) or Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin), depending on the organiser. Card details are entered directly with the payment provider; NUX does not store full card details and has no access to them.

Data is processed within the EU/EEA as a rule. Where processing outside the EU/EEA is necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, supplemented by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the relevant party is certified under it.

Technical platform log files: 12 months, unless longer is required for an ongoing security investigation.

Order and ticket data: for as long as the organiser determines and the law requires (for example the 7-year Dutch tax retention obligation for payment records). The organiser's privacy policy applies here.

When our collaboration with an organiser ends, we delete or return that organiser's data, unless a statutory retention obligation prevents this.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

NUX and its suppliers take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls and logging. NUX has not appointed a data protection officer; privacy requests are handled by management. In the event of a data breach we notify the organiser without undue delay so that you can be informed where necessary.

Stichting Koninklijk Kabinet van Schilderijen Mauritshuis te Den Haag

1.1. Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle Bezoekers van het Museum.

1.2. Deze voorwaarden zijn tevens van toepassing op alle natuurlijke personen en/of rechtspersonen die door het Mauritshuis in het kader van haar doelstelling worden ingeschakeld.

1.3. Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn slechts geldig indien deze uitdrukkelijk en schriftelijk zijn overeengekomen.

1.4. Deze Algemene Bezoekersvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bezoekers van het Mauritshuis, tenzij voor een specifieke activiteit, reservering of bezoekerscategorie aanvullende voorwaarden gelden.

1.5. Voor onder meer individuele tickets, groepsreserveringen, evenementen, educatieve programma’s, rondleidingen en andere activiteiten kunnen aanvullende voorwaarden gelden. Deze aanvullende voorwaarden maken integraal onderdeel uit van de overeenkomst tussen Bezoeker en het Mauritshuis.

In deze voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:

Mauritshuis: de Stichting Koninklijk Kabinet van Schilderijen Mauritshuis, waaronder inbegrepen Galerij Prins Willem V, die krachtens haar doelstelling voorwerpen van kunst presenteert aan een (inter)nationaal publiek.

Museum: de voor het publiek opengestelde ruimten in en rondom de gebouwen van het Mauritshuis en Galerij Prins Willem V, daaronder begrepen het voorplein en overige voor het publiek toegankelijke buitenruimten.

Bezoeker: eenieder die, met of zonder een geldig Toegangsbewijs, het Museum betreedt, zowel voor regulier bezoek als deelname aan een activiteit binnen en buiten reguliere openingstijden.

Entreeticket: een ticket dat Bezoeker tijdens reguliere openingstijden de toegang verschaft tot de expositieruimten in het Museum.

Toegangsbewijs: een entreeticket (al dan niet in combinatie met een kortingskaart) of een daarmee vergelijkbaar bewijs (zoals een schriftelijke uitnodiging, voucher, jaarpas), dat de toegang verschaft tot (nader aangeduide) ruimte(n) in het Museum.

Goederen: alle goederen, daaronder begrepen gelden, geldwaarden en geldwaardige papieren.

3.1. Bezoeker is uitsluitend op vertoon van een geldig Toegangsbewijs gerechtigd het Museum te betreden.

3.1a. Bezoeker is verplicht op verzoek van medewerkers van het Mauritshuis een geldig Toegangsbewijs, kortingspas, Museumkaart of andere legitimatie die recht geeft op een kortingstarief of gratis toegang te tonen. Indien Bezoeker hieraan niet voldoet, kan de toegang tot het Museum worden ontzegd zonder recht op restitutie.

3.2. Bezoeker wordt de (verdere) toegang tot het Museum ontzegd indien blijkt dat:

3.2a. het Toegangsbewijs niet is verstrekt door het Mauritshuis of een daartoe door het Mauritshuis bevoegd verklaarde instantie;

3.2b. Bezoeker klaarblijkelijk onder invloed van alcoholhoudende drank, verdovende middelen of daarmee gelijkgestelde stoffen verkeert;

3.2c. Bezoeker klaarblijkelijk de orde verstoort of de intentie heeft om de orde te verstoren;

3.2d. Bezoeker met blote voeten en/of ontbloot bovenlichaam het Museum wenst te betreden.

3.3. Een vooraf gekocht Entreeticket wordt ongeldig door het enkele verloop van de op het Entreeticket vermelde datum en/of tijd.

3.3a. Het is zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van het Mauritshuis niet toegestaan Toegangsbewijzen door te verkopen, ter verkoop aan te bieden, dan wel op andere wijze voor commerciële doeleinden te gebruiken of te verstrekken.

3.3b. Het Mauritshuis behoudt zich het recht voor Toegangsbewijzen die in strijd met artikel 3.3a worden gebruikt ongeldig te verklaren zonder recht op restitutie.
